Act Fibernet Hyderabad - Lost patience with act customer care

I am from hyderabad. I took * months internet broadband subscription and i am using the same from last * year.
While taking the connection for * months, i clearly asked if i can get montly bills generated so that i can submit them in office. They are very while taking new connection , but once payment is done, Customer care very very irresponsible and every month i have give multiple calls just for my montly bills.
Recently i added entertainment pack to my subscription for * month,
before completing * month they are sending msgs like payment due
and they are disconnecting my total internet for no reason.
and customer support says it is company norm. From last * month i am raising so many complaints and there is no resolution and customer care is not responding properly.
I wanted to take this to higher authorities , let me know how can i go forward.
