Jatin Singhal filed complaint against Jio on Jan 19, 2024
Sir/mam, my sim card was lost around *month ago yesterday(**-**-****) I went to jio store which is located in central market shastri nagar Meerut (U.P)-****** for reissue of my sim card that no. Is ********** and it's registered on I.D of Jatin Singhal so they took my contact number and told me that we will inform you by tomorrow and today I got a call from Jio Store thay said if you want to get that same number which you have lost you have to buy one more sim, what kind of blackmailing is that resolve my issue asap

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
