Charlette s Secrets - Lost my money and received nothing close to what I had ordered

I ordered Lingerie from the company on **/**/****, an order is for which was not generated despite payment having gone through. After multiple attempts at contacting the Company, they provided me with a **$ gift card using which, I placed another order on **/**/**** with some additional items besides my original order. They attempted delivery on **/**/**** but the item that reached me was a very small box and seemed an obvious mistake, so I declined to accept it and told the delivery person to check the parcel at their end. That same box was dropped under my building on **/**/**** by the courier company and soon after I got a message saying your product has been shipped. When I wrote to their consumer support email I got no response. After a few days I went on their website to see that they had stopped operations in my region and would refund the money in ** days. More than ** days passed and there is no response from the company.
