The Professional Couriers - Lost my courier not responding to complaint

The consignment addressed to me was sent from Chennai HDFC on *rd March.
While I was tracking the progress, it showed that it was delivered, but not to me.
The delivery area is not even near my address.
I tried calling all the customer care numbers in website, multiple times, but no one even received the calls.
I raised a complaint in website, for missing courier, and it is closed on **th saying that item is delivered.
Nobody contacted me till today for delivery or regarding the complaint.
I initiated an email marking below addresses, I have not even received an acknowledgement for my email till date.
