SURYA KANT SAHDEO filed complaint against Indigo on Aug 26, 2022
I was travelling late at night from CCU to MAA on the Indigo *E ***, PNR: GJD*JI. When I woke up today after arriving in Chennai and checked my luggage, I found that all of my money in cash, around **-**K INR and included with one little diary, was missing from my luggage. Also, my baggage arrived quite late at the Chennai airport Belt No. * at baggage claim. Please review the CCTV video from Kolkata and Chennai airports for further investigation.
Also, Kindly let me know what more i can do from my side to catch the thief, so that this won't be happening again. I hope Voxya will resolve my issue, because this happened to me for the first time in the entire travelling period.
