I raised a concern regarding AWB number **************, which was incorrectly marked as delivered on * January **** despite the order not being received. I had already lodged a complaint with Delhivery; however, there has been no response on the support ticket or through social media, and the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the AWB number is no longer traceable in their system, indicating that the record has been removed from the backend.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
