Paytm bank - Loss of money

some one messaged me through my relative facebook massenger id that there is problem to me. so transfer **** rs. to my paytm account ************ ifsc code pytm*******. So i transfered through mi SBI internet banking (************). Afterthat he again said that transfered Rs***** whose reference number is ************. This inceident took place at night **/**/****. But today (**/**/****) morning he said that transfered Rs***** whose refernce number is ************.
but it is known to my notice that this is fraud.
i registered my complain at paytm customer care with compalin no. *********. So i requested you please resolve my problem as soon as possible and return my money
