Paytm bank - Financial Fraud

On dated *th July ****, i have been scammed by a saler, the saller claimed that he is a saller linked with BESTBUY.COM (He Shares Certificate with Identity Card) and his store is located in Dimapur, Nagaland, i have lost cash worth of ** thousands on purchasing a Graphic Card of ZOTAC **** Super. According to the saler total cost of the Product is **,*** and i have to pay only **** as prepaid amount, after transfer the amount they shared me a website (upcoastcourier.com) along with a tracking id (CAN*********) to track my Product but after some time they forced me to pay the remaining balance of the Product (**,***) i paid the remain amount as i see product has been on transit. After few hours later they said that by the saler mistake they have sent * pcs of ZOTAC **** Super instead of * pc, according to saler due to his mistake custom oficers has hold the Product and make a fine worth of **,***. After arguing with the saler for his mistake he agreed to pay **,*** and he forced me to pay **,***. Due to shortage of cash i barely paid a sum of **** only, after all i have called the Airport authority about the issue (according to the authority there has no such product hold by my name), and I also ask the same with bestbuy.com website customer care (according to them there has no transaction registered to my name, phone number and not have any store in india) after all i'm not received the product.
i have Transfered the all money from My Paytm Savings account number ************, IFSC PYTM*******. And the Saller Account Details are Account Name_Jacquiline Nongkynrih, Account No_***********, IFSC IDFB*******, Branch Shilong.
