Samsung india electronics pvt ltd - loss of money due to change in offer

I had purchased a ** inch Samsung tv through Croma in mid janaury,**** by paying *.* lakh for tv. then i had given ** inch Samsung Qled tv free of cost by Samsung. i was happy with offer. But i postponed the tv installation due to my personal reasons. As February started, Samsung changed the offer, they started giving away ** inch Qled tv along with ** inch tv. I had contacted Croma branch manager about change in offer and requested them what they could do to provide me with new tv offer as TVs supplied to me were uninstalled. They tried their level best. But they informed me that Samsung stopped the free tv offer through Croma from **th February **** . But Samsung continued to give away ** inch qled tv for ** inch through their web site.
This change in Samsung's offer made me suffer a loss of ***** rs in just ** days(as ** inch tv previously given was **,*** rs and ** inch now given away is *,**,*** rs).
Since then I'm in mental agony and distressed, as waiting for ** more days could have got me bigger tv.
Though Samsung reserves the change of offers policy, this type of unfair changes leaves the loyal customers with huge loss and distress within short span of time.
As TVs supplied to me are still uninstalled and are in their original package unopened, kindly help me to get replaced with ** inch tv instead of ** inch tv.
Help me to come out the agony and distress.
