Samsung india electronics pvt ltd - Ultra cheap qualtiy

I purchased S** ultra by paying *,**,*** in Feb **. Its Samsung flagship phone and company claims it best build quality and IP** water resistant capacity. In May** I went to mussoorie and took phone with me during sight seeing. In normal rainy weather phone got wet during rain and stopped working. When I removed phone from case found phone backpanel was loosened and water entered inside phone. Phone was dead. Company claims its IP** water resitstance but it has no validity when company cant even seal backside properly with good quality adhesive.
This type of issue of backpanel loosened is not even happening in budget phone. Later on when I informed my friends two of them also found same issue when they removed phone from mobile case. So this is product fault and I suffered because I trust on samsung quality and never imagines backpanel will be loosened and remove bonding from such flagship phone. Also when I searched on net lots of user complained cheap adhesive quality and backpanel loosening issue. So samsung can not seal its phone properly and claims its phone as water resistant.

Company demanded ***** for repairing and later on after fighting for * months and going to national consumer helpline they reduced repairing fee to *****. But even ***** is a big amount and its product fault . After paying *,**,*** for phone if I have to pay ***** for such fault of samsung then its a daytime cheating to genuine customers.If this has happened in western countries Samsung might have to pay huge amount as penalty but here they are demanding exorbitant money from customers.
