Godaddy - Loss of Data

I upgraded my Godaddy hosting from Launch plan to Enhance plan, after which I was told I will be migrated to a new server. I was on chat with a representative at the time of migration where I clearly mentioned that I have been working on this till some time back so Please take the latest backup and I was assured of the same, after the migration over ******+ files from the data are missing. my Website is down and all of this is my clients data , Its been more than ** hours and all I am getting is you will be updated when the issue is resolved . This data loss is going to cost me a client and I am going to have to rebuild a whole website which will cost me a month and salary of my whole team, even after that the client wont continue with me, GoDaddy doesn't care about any of this and continues to treat this as a ticket. Data loss is not just a ticket
