Amarnath filed complaint against Savings account on Jun 11, 2023
I have requested to close my savings account on November ****. And so i have submitted passbook ATM debit card and cheque book and got acknowledgement for that but till now (June ****) they didn't close my savings account and due to that for me many amount loss as i have not maintained minimum balance every month. So for * times i lost *** plus gst and due to staff misguide i lost rs **** plus and due to this iam mentally disturbed so take immediate action and give back my money wich u have deducted after my submission of closure.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
