I belong to a very normal family and It was my first flight ticket. I had to book it because the traveller was ill and he was unable to travel in a train. The traveller studies in college and he had his exam so we booked his flight ticket. Paying ₹**** was already a big thing for us. Later we had to reschedule the flight so many times as the traveller health was getting worse. Slowly and gradually It was ₹*****. Later we got go know that the traveller is diagnosed with typhoid and will not be able to travel therefore we had to cancel the flight. Out of ₹***** indigo just agreed to return me ₹**** and didn’t even tried to help me in any way. I begged them to help but they didn’t even bothered to help.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
