Kotak Mahindra Bank - Looting customers

After complaining multiple time ,these guys are not resolving my issue.i have cleared all the due but still all the amount which i am transferring is directly going to closing balance.i don't know why these guys are looting the customer like this.please resolve my issue at the earliest.when i am calling to customer care,no one is picking my call.very pathetic service you are providing.
