I had the most traumatic experience at Colive due to Shwetha Uday (+** **** *** ***) and her supervisor (+** **** *** ***). I was left standing on the road with nowhere to go for * hours because of them and never got any accommodation and booking amount refund from them.
I had booked a private room for rent for September month by paying a booking amount of Rs. ****. My booking was confirmed. On *th Sep when I reached the property I was told that the room has been given to someone else. They kept saying they'll give me some other accommodation but nothing was done. I stood there for * hours in the sun, then took a hotel. They did not give any compensation for this trauma, and have not returned my booking amount as well. Instead the sales representative yelled at me saying she's in a meeting and can't find anything.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
