Pepperfry furniture - Loot of money by not cancelling the order

I placed an order with Pepperfry in the morning, and by afternoon I thought of cancelling it, so in evening when I was cancelling it, the customer care representative stated that cancellation is not possible. I wanted to cancel the order because of some persona reasons, I did not require the sofa, which I ordered in the morning. Within ** hours, rather in ** hours of order placement, I wanted to cancel, but I could not. I lost the heavy amount, as I DO NOT NEED that sofa, it is just burden to me. I placed the order on non working day as such, so there was no possibility that this was process by manufacturer or the dealer in that short span. I request all to get my refund at earliest.
