Nitin Agrawal filed complaint against Make My Trip on Aug 10, 2018
Hi ,
After a complicated surgery we were flying from Chennai to Raipur.
Though there is direct Flight from Chennai to Raipur still Make my Trip issued Tickets from Chennai to Hyderabad and After a gap of * Hours another flight from Hyderbad to Raipur.(First flight was Chennai to Raipur Direct).
In Both Flights we had to take Wheel chair assistance and had to pay RS,*** extra for front seat.
It was cheap tactics of MMT to get dual profit by having multiple flights.
Also in Hyderabad we were compled to go outside after taking luggage and check in again as fresh ticket holder.
Sheer harassment of patient and wastage of time.
Now MMT is giving Rs. ****/ voucher and Rs. ***/ refund for this negligence.
I want to claim Rs * lakh for this harassment.
