Hello , I ordered WROGN bomber jacket from myntra.com and received product on * Dec. To my surprise I got wrong product which i immediately placed for return, which was expected to be pickup by * December provided with assosiates number, but no one called me and associates himself rescheduled my pickup ,next day he didn't by phone by several calls and again pickup failed showing in Myntra site. While talking to customer care they are just taking my complains and doing nothing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
