As all of us know it's a lockdown everywhere ..... I am. Regular customer of cashbean has paid all the loans that has been taken from cashbean......But this time due to lockdown I am not able to pay this time....They are imposing a panelty of *% daily means they are charging me around *** daily....Which is unacceptable...If this lockdown continues for next a month or two the amount will raise to * and half of the original .....What can be done if one can suggest....Looking for RBI forum to complaint against this....
