Cashbean repayment - Cashbean Fraud penalty

I have borrowed *****₹ from cashbean, the customer support guy said tenure will be ** days, but on the **th day they called me ** times asking me to pay *****₹ for *****₹ loan. We are in a tough situation due to country lockdown and I begged to them to extend the date. They just imposed a heavy penalty of ****₹ extra. I can't pay the loan now. They are threatening me and calling my contacts which they stole from my sim and threatening them that they will send the police. Please help me to take necessary actions on them.
