I was down with covid in may **** and zest money claims that they have given me a loan without any otp or email, as the number which i registered is closed since * years so how did they give the loan... i got to know this in september when Rs ****/- was debited so i file a dispute with the bank, and got to know after a month that its zest money.. so i called them and got to to know about this loan which is a voucher that they have given i have received no such voucher and my cibil is effected badly and shows i have taken a loan from zest money powered by dmi finance. please help me they have been harassing me calling my friends and family. i am getting no loan bcoz of this as my cibil is effected
