Dmi Finance Pvt Ltd - Loan settlement and bouncing charges

i have taken loan from DMI Finance a year ago and want to get settled due to no information of cheque dropping i wanted to go for settlement and wrote a email ad spoke to the customer care people as well stating this but there is no reply and keep charging me the cheque bouncing charges monthly * times as requested to close the account they dint even come back from pas * months.When ever i ask for the statement and the closing amount they will stop calling and the same repeating by dropping cheque and making the bouncing charges which i have sent more than *** email but non i received response from them.I request to please help me to get out of this and close with Full and final settlement ASAP which am not ready to pay the charges of bank bouncing and the false interest charges due to no response from them am not ready to loose the amount because of their carelessness
