Kotak Mahindra Bank - LOAN NOT REVISED

I informed Kotak Bank to downsize my loan value from ******* to *******(in this *******rs i already received) and to run my new Ecs as per this value, as of now I'm paying pre Emi amount for *******. I informed this on **th of March month and the Kotak employees confirmed me that it will get done within **-** days. As per their promise i paid pre emi interest on April month and i got confirmation mail also stating that revision is done and it will get applicable from **th of May month. But the revision didn't happen and i was getting messages to pay the same pre emi on May month as well, hence i informed the Kotak team regarding the same and informed them to correct this issue before the emi deduction date. But due to their negligence no action was done against my complaint and instead of that they started to claim that they sent the confirmation mail by mistake also they are forcing me to pay the pre emi interest. I informed them multiple times that I'm ready to pay the amount if they are doing the revision and updating the proper amount, but they are reluctant to hear what i say and they are forcing me to pay the pre emi interest only. As per their confirmation it takes **-** days for the revision of the loan but it's almost ** days and their action is not yet done.
