Hi,
I have submitted DD from ICICI Bank to Aditya Birla Finance Limited to foreclose the loan I have taken from Aditya Birla. I have the proof of receipt and DD receipt as well. Aditya Birla is denying that the amount is credited to their account . I have called Customer care multiple times, however not getting proper response. My EMI's are being deducted every month. Please assist here
