Home Credit Company - Loan not closed and mental harrasing excess money taken

First of all, I have not signed any written for the personal loan amount of **,***. I just inquired the details and they sent it to my account (with huge **% interest rate) the next day. Immediately I called to take back or close the account. Then asked me to wait for * months, in the third month, the monthly EMI was **** plus, I called to close it, no they said, asked me to call for close on *th month, after * EMIs another loss of EMI. Then in the fourth month, I paid the amount which was discussed in the telephone call (Rs. **,***). After that, after ** months, they started taking EMI again, huge loss again.
Please resolve it at the earliest, its my very very sincere request.
