Home Credit Company - Incorrect Mapping of Loan Number to Mobile Number

The loan number is **********, and my registered mobile number with the bank is +**-**********. However, I have recently discovered that there has been an erroneous mapping of this loan number to my mobile number, leading to a series of misunderstandings and disturbances.
I have never taken any loan from your esteemed bank/financial organization with the aforementioned loan number. Consequently, I am receiving frequent calls and messages from your collection department, demanding repayment and creating unnecessary stress in my life. Despite my repeated explanations that this loan does not belong to me, the situation remains unresolved.
I have attempted to contact the customer service helpline, but unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory resolution.
