I’ve taken dhani one freedom card last year but I haven’t used much when I got the card no one informed me about subscription fee very recently I opened Dhani app to close my account permanently but those ppl asked me to pay subscription fee they if u won’t use also u have to pay I’ve paid it and asked them to close my account they said have to wait for two days to close the amount after two days also they haven’t processed I sent them ** mails no response, I called them *** times they won’t respond by mistakenly if they responding also in the middle of conversation they’re disconnecting the call please please help me out to close the card ( dhani account) I don’t have any dues in all this process I’ve lost around ****/-.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
