My name is sameer barua
I took loan from CRED app not i am ready to close this loan pending amounts i tried to make pending payment by CRED app this showing error try with different methods
The pending amount was INR *,**,*** i tried alot raised first' company on **st may ****
Received Call from CRED team they replied same line try again no further action taken by them.
Still my issue active not able to close loan account
I checked it was INR *,**,*** not it's changed to *,**,*** cred increased my loan amount
They are not helping me plus increased my loan amount
I raised so many social complaint in twitter but no ans from social team
In the last i am suffering with this.
I realised this is mentally harrasment by CRED to me. I am so frustrated and demotivate. By seeing this.
