Skill Lync and Eduvanz - Loan cancellation

I got a call from skill lync many times regarding courses there wer offering and job guarantee i denied but still continuously i was receiving calls from different numbers explained about course okay then i got a call to pay first booking ****/- i paid join for data analyst course because if i get a job i can take care of my family very soon with good package but i asked them total amount for course they *.*Lacs around i said no but here they said only first *month need to pay from my end from *rd month company will pay no need to worry i said i need time they have given *month time to arrange laptop i asked if i join in between due to any emergency can I cancel the course they said yes because i m the only person earning in my family even my dad is not well again i hv taken one month time dnt join the course yet my first and second EMI got debited i asked them i don't join the course y the amount got debited they said it's a recording course madam all will be recording courses you need to understand and write in your book any doubt you can call us or their will be supported team i was shocked by hereing these all just login in zoom fr induction you have received via email mine condition was not at all good i said please cancel my loan i will not be able to pay amount please refund my amount but no response from person from there team till i join they were talking softly but when i said to cancel became very rude didn't cancel still I'm calling them please help me this is totally made me cry after listening that they won't cancel course i have family to take care of them please reach out to me ....
