Cashe - Loan amount not disbursed

It’s been ** days since I have been waiting for my loan disbursement. Tried creating multiple tickets, informing them of my medical emergency but there was only automated response of bank issues, technical problems and payment gateway issues.
After a lot of struggle got on a phone with one of their agents who said funds will be disbursed by previous week FRIDAY EOD but it didn’t.
Only false promises and no response has caused multiple problems with mental harassment financial crunch and frustration.
Informed them everyday by putting reminder on the generated tickets which is almost ** of them, but no response on any of them.
If they can’t disburse the amount then atleast state it clearly that we can’t or let us know an exact date. All steps has been completed including emandate and esign and emi dates have been generated but funds disbursement is still pending.
