Cashe - Harrassment call and Mail sending to official Id

From last * to * days company collection woman called me for payment . I already told that required some time due to some incident in my home. They denied to give and given threat for sending mail to official Id and he had send the mail yesterday. Also said that will visit you office add etc.... How irritating this? I know it's late from my side. Continuously calling.. your cibil is now defaulted etc.... Due to this scenario i am very frustrated and want to die... I also told that i mail for time period but she said that you play with mail i want emi.... She is very arrogant.
