Paytm Business - Loan amount is not payout

I have applied for the loan from paytm business app. The loan is disbursed to me of Rs.***** and whose daily emi payout is of RS. ***.**. They deducted from my daily accept payment and also balance is sufficient for emi but emi is not deducted and interest is charged every day. This is harassment for me and after that, I call to customer care but there is a lack of knowledge of their agent about the loan from paytm. So last and final option for me to knock the door of consumer court.
