I have * months warranty left, my TV panel became faulty. In the warranty they should replace my TV panel for free of cost. Now since they are not repairing the panel they are offering a replacement in which we have to pay approximate Rs. **** as depreciation cost for replacement. They have not mentioned it anywhere in the warranty that we have to pay for depreciation in case they are offering replacement.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
