My ac stopped cooling, So I filed a complaint, the service guys from one of Lloyd agencies in Surat (Unique Cool Service) came & told asked re-fill gas, for which they charged Rs. ****. Now within before completing a month it again stopped cooling, I again filed a complaint, Unique Cool Service came and said gas needs to be re-filled, so I excused them, Why, again? even a month is not completed, so I asked them to do whatever you guys needed to but I won't pay as even * month was completed. So they refused and forced me to pay. So I contacted guy who handles operations in Surat. After contacting him, he prepared story that there can be an issue with compressor and they will get the new compressor from Lloyd (as my AC was in warranty), and also they told me to change all the capacitors, and for these they will charge Rs **** (And told that, they won't include compressor replacement in bill as I'm getting it with warranty). After all these my A.C again ran fine for about a month or less, then I stopped using my A.C for around * months and then I again started my ac & as always no cooling. Now this was the *rd time again, Unique Cool Service guy came and told me gas needs to be re-filled, for which they will again cost more Rs ****. So I made an excuse, Why, again, even after replacing all things? Also they excused "if they had replaced compressor, why its not mentioned in Bill (which they refused while replacement time)". I also contacted them via email, for which they din't reply. This time also I contacted customer care, and they told me the same thing to spend more money to get it repaired. He also told me that they are not responsible if service guys are not doing their tasks properly, even after they are from Lloyd's authorised service agency. Now I'm not getting any proper response or solution, also I did not got the value of money I spent. Please help me to fight against such poor quality of service.
I also filled complaint on consumer forum online, but its taking too long to get resolved, Hoping for the help.
