Karthik Dhandapani filed complaint against Little App on Jul 22, 2019
I had made a purchase of a spa service via a little app on **st July. I paid Rs. *** through my Paytm wallet. The money got deducted but the app did not supply the voucher for that. I have been trying to reach their customer care number and the support page but there is no response from any of them.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
