Lido Learning - Lido learning Money not refunded

I have enrolled my daughter for lido learning for *** classes and paid **, *** rupees in February ****. She attended ** classes and unenrolled from lido learning in August **** because of school commencement. They promised that I can unenroll whenever I want and they will refund the money for remaining classes. **, *** rupees for remaining classes is to be refunded for me. But there is no update of the refund money.i am waiting for * months now.
