*st week April I gave a Lic policy for surrender to Lic agent Rajiv Mahajan but half the time he never takes phone calls and always has excuse for delay such as my name different or branch manager change or something like that .my all time and money has gone calling watsapp ingredients emailing and I seriously want to do legal action .
I am a single parent and was looking for the funds urgently
Mr Rajiv Mahajan refuses to share branch or email details and now July started but no money yet .his number is ********** and he reflects as Lajpat nagar agent
