I applied for a LIC policy for * Lac Rs under Jeevan akshay yojna * through IDBI bank. It has been * months instead of one month.
They promised to deliver the interest of the amount in just one month.
When they failed I requested them to refund my amount. I visited the bank branch and idbi bank many times. But regularly they are misleading me either manager or assistant manager.
Plz help me in refunding my amount.
