L G - LG Front load Fully automatic machine giving holes

Within few days of purchase, the machine had started to create problem i.e. not been able to complete its washing cycle and started getting struck off again & again. Engineer paid visits and dismantled all the parts to repair it. Later on problem got resolved just be restarting the programming. At that time I was not been able to understand that how a new machine stopped working on its own.
After few days more I started noticing that machine is tearing clothes, giving holes in clothes like in bed sheets, Gents Shirts, tshirts for which I raised a complaint. In this regard engineer has suggested replacing the tub. Tub was replaced with an assurance that the problem will not persist.
Now even after replacement of tub, problem is still same. The machine is giving holes in clothes and not been able to complete its wash cycle.
