L G - It seems croma andheri mumbai 400053 is not passing on to the consumer purchaser the free offers men

I booked a lg tv ** uk **** on october **, **** at croma andheri, mumbai ****** by paying token amount of rs *,***/- and followed up with cheque payment of Rs **,***/- by courier received by croma and billed as invoice: saa************ dated november **, ****.
the invoice clearly mentions gift lg * year extended warranty dated time stamp **/**/**** whereas lg brochure clearly states extended warranty - * years.

i was given to understand that lg has an inclusive one year comprehensive warranty and one year panel warranty in built with the purchase of the tv and the diwali offer is clearly an additional extended warranty - * years warranty my purchase of lg tv ** uk ****.

i feel croma has not passed on to me the free offer of additional extended warranty - * years warranty as mentioned in the diwali offer brochure.

*) also the brochure states ph* worth rs ****/= free on select models of smart tv.
*) also the brochure states jiofi device and data worth rs ****/= free on select models of smart tv.

*) also the brochure states sound bar worth upto rs *****/= free on select models of uhd tv.

it seems croma is not passing on to the consumer / purchaser the free offers mentioned in the lg diwali **** brochure or the lg diwali **** brochure is misleading the consumer or both.

please give me a complaint docket number.
