We have booked Flight tickets trough make my trip for our Director and his wife from CCU-Varanasi-CCU on *th and **th with zero cancellation assurance.
Lately, when we tried to cancel it, they didn't returned us the full amount though it was assured with zero cancellation charges.
It is not mentioned anywhere during booking , that if it is applied partially , we cant use it for full cancellation.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
