Meesho - Less quantity item delived n pickup is delay

I have ordered * frock for my baby girl I received only * quantity .also requested for return n there was a option that if u received less quantity. I select that option and place a return request . No one came to my place for pickup when I called customer care regarding my pick up and total refund amount , they are saying we only refund the amount of * quantity if u not received * quantity u hv to raise a complaint at that time we can't send one more frock we only refund for one frock
