Shawn Abraham filed complaint against Meesho on Feb 17, 2025
My first issue was that I was not receiving the delivery from meesho after eagerly waiting for over a week.
I have contacted meesho help desk about this and they said I should have got a IVR call/SMS about delivery or a follow up call to reschedule delivery as informed by meesho help desk.
I only got a call regarding a delivery to my Hyderabad address, and I got the package. I didn't get any other calls/SMS about delivery for all the orders I had placed to my Bangalore address. The only message I would recieve from meesho was "Sorry, we could not deliver this ORDER Name to you successfully. Refund initiated.
I called meesho * times about this and there was no resolution taken except provide me false hope that future orders would be delivered and I should reorder whatever got cancelled.
Lastly, I realised yesterday that I had issues with my meesho app and upon checking it, the help team told me my account was flagged/blocked by system and they could do nothing about it. Fix suggested: Create a new account with a new mobile number.
What should I do in this situation?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
