Meesho aap - Less qty of material recieved from Meesho and refused to pay balance amount

Sir,I had placed order of serving tray set of * sets including * pieces each to Meesho online purchasing site on ** oct ****.Order recieved us on ** oct ****.But i have received on * set of * pieces serving tray.I was contact meesho customer service.They said that "we cant do anything for non receiving of balance * set of * pieces service tray".Also they cancelled my return request of above item and also refused to refund balance amount of rest of * set.Before that i had never seen such type fraud on meesho platform.I am in deep mental tension from last couple of days.I would request to refund balance amount in my account at the earliest.Order no.*****************_*
