I bought Lenovo laptop on *rd September ****.
And I also have premium care support but last **days laptop not working correctly and the support case for the same is open but every time customer care receive my call and they said will ring back after checking but no response yet.
I have send almost ** mails with * different support person but they didn't replay any of them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
