I have a lenovo laptop ideapad ***s , i am continously facing hanging issue and freezing issue with my laptop due to which i cant even work this is soo frustrating and i have called lenovo support atleast ** times they just tell me to run hardware scan each n everytime. I am not getting any solution.
Today after being frustrated i told them
There is some issue with my hardisk they told me to upgrade my ram( even after having *gb of ram they are telling me to upgrade) , is this the solution you provide to your customers.
I am so fed up with this that i cant even work ,and now they are not helping they are saying go and buy a new SSD hardisk
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
