I bought a laptop in February on my birthday and after that the laptop started showing up various issues like *st it showed connection issues of bluetooth and wifi of which after troubleshooting it used to get rectify for time but recently there was a major issue of ny camera while taking my office meeting from home my camera suddenly stopped working so as being a customer of Lenovo and having a premium warranty i contacted lenovo service centre as per this warranty my issues should be solved within * days but its been * days already and due to this i am almost loosing my job and pay so whenever I contact service centre they just keep saying its in process and will give update soon but from that side there is no communication or so
This is my given Complaint ticket no or service token no ********** hope to get my issues resolved soon as i don't want to lose my job in this pandemic. Also i will like a quick service or else a replacement or refund of my product as this one seems heavily malfunctioning one.
