Little App - legit cashback forfeited

On April ** tried to buy Samayaa Spa deal,in this buying intention I used my cash back coupon of Rs*** and rest amount was paid through Paytm wallet,e.g Rs ***,Deal value was Rs****
Little internet order id was#****************** and wallet Txn ID. was :***********.
Payment was successful at the Paytm side but due to some technical glitches, it was not successful at the merchant end.
I lodged a complaint, and Rs*** was refunded by the merchant,but by this way legitimate Rs *** cashback amount was forfeited, without any fault from my end.I am totally disappointed by this process.
