Dear team ,
Yesterday i book a ride from new delhi station to gurgaon from rapido app and that was XL cab

Rider name-SHAILENDRA KUMAR
Vehical number- UP**HT****
Car- Ertiga
Mar **th ****, **:** PM
He dropped to our destination and i forgot my another member mobile phone on his dashboard that *plus brand phone i tried to connect to driver but he dint respond and after that i called on my number it was ringing and after few minutes he switched off my phone and that was also coming unreachable . Tried multiple time to connect him on his number also but he dint answer and i tried multiple times with mobile app to get help but no any answer from help centre.
That phone was belongings to my elder brother he is also in police department so we will take the initial action and required help from your End as well because that phones constrains lots of important data.
I need my mobile phone back other waise i will take legal action against Rapido as well and driver also.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
