Rapido auto gurgaon - driver ask me cancel the ride and took me double paytment from me

driver ask me to cancel the ride, and he go with the offline ride. i said ok because iam getting to late in late evening. when i reached at my drop location i paid *** rs with my phone pay, but payment was not sucessful at that time and it shows processing. i said payment had done you will received the amount but he said no you need to pay again because it was not received in my account. and he assured me that if he received last *** rs payment he will refund in my account. i said ok, so i had paid the *** from my gpay account. today i received the notification from phone pay that *** rs is successfully received in rapido driver's account. now i contact him on whatsaap and send him the payment screenshot, now he refused to return my amount. Please help me out for this. this is my hard wroking amount,.
